Mickle, Ph.D., President and CEO of the Company, has issued a letter to shareholders in connection with the Company\’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 19, 2020. The letter provides an update on recent events and outlook for the remainder of 2020 and early 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
