(b)       On June 2, 2020, Bart Mitchell tendered his resignation to Creative Learning Corp. (the “Company”) as president, effective as of the close of business on June 8, 2020.

(c)       On June 2, 2020, the Company appointed Rod K. Whiton as president of the Company, effectively immediately following Mr. Mitchell’s resignation on June 8, 2020. In connection with Mr. Whiton’s appointment, the Company’s board approved a salary of $100,000 per year for Mr. Whiton. Mr. Whiton is already a director of the Company. Mr. Whiton’s biography is contained in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2019, which is incorporated herein by reference.
