On December 1, 2020, William Garth resigned from his position on the board of governors of Highwater Ethanol, LLC (the "Company"). Mr. Garth did not resign his position because of a disagreement with the Company.
About HIGHWATER ETHANOL, LLC (OTCMKTS:HEOL)

Highwater Ethanol, LLC is engaged in the production of ethanol and distillers grains at the plant. The Company’s segment is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of fuel-grade ethanol and the co-products of the ethanol production process. It produces and sells fuel ethanol and co-products of the fuel ethanol production process in the continental United States, Mexico and Canada. The Company’s products produced at the ethanol plant are fuel-grade ethanol and distillers grains. Its products include Ethanol, Distillers Grains and Corn Oil. The Company’s primary product ethanol is manufactured from corn. The principal co-product of the ethanol production process is distillers grains, a high protein, high-energy animal feed supplement primarily marketed to the dairy, poultry, swine and beef industries. The corn oil can be used as the feedstock to produce biodiesel, as a feed ingredient and has other industrial uses.
