On September19, 2017, Carlos E. Sartorius, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services, of Citrix Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), announced his retirement from the Company. Mr.Sartorius will remain employed by the Company through December31, 2017. In connection with his departure, Mr.Sartorius will cease to serve as an executive officer (as such term is defined in Rule 3b-7 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934) of the Company, effective October2, 2017.
