On September19, 2017, Craig S. Ivey, the President of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (“CECONY”), notified the company of his decision to retire on or about December31, 2017. On September21, 2017, the Board of Trustees of CECONY appointed Timothy P. Cawley as President of CECONY effective upon Mr.Ivey’s retirement. Mr.Cawley is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (“O&R”). He previously served as Senior Vice President – Central Operations, Vice President – Substation Operations and Vice President – Bronx and Westchester Electric Operations of CECONY. CECONY and O&R are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Consolidated Edison, Inc.
