On May 2, 2017, ZAGG Inc (the Registrant) issued a press release
announcing the results of operations for the three months ended
March 31, 2017, and made publicly available certain supplemental
financial information, including commentary on results of
operations from Brad Holiday, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The
supplemental financial information financial tables is furnished
