On January 8, 2019, Virtu Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release setting forth its preliminary estimates of its results of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. The preliminary estimated results are subject to adjustment and finalization by the Company. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
