Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 21, 2016, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued its decision denying Vectrus’ protest in connection with it not being selected for the renewal of the Army Pre-Positioned Stocks-5 (APS-5) Kuwait contract, which was combined with the APS-5 Qatar contract for the solicitation and award. As previously disclosed, Vectrus filed the post-award protest with the GAO on the APS-5 Kuwait/Qatar award on September 13, 2016.
