On January 5, 2017, Valley National Bancorp (the Company)
appointed Rudy Schupp, currently Senior Executive Vice President
and President, Florida Division, to be President of the Company
and Chief Banking Officer of Valley National Bank and appointed
Ira Robbins, currently Senior Executive Vice President and
Treasurer, to be President of Valley National Bank. Biographical
