Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

TiVo Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on September 25, 2017 it extended its license agreement with AT&T Services, Inc. (“AT&T”) forthe worldwide use of the Company’s patent portfolios for all of AT&T’s products and services until 2025. This agreement extends the existing license agreement signed in December 2015 by three additional years.

Under the extended patent licensing arrangement, AT&T agreed to pay a fixed annual license fee that is in line with the initial agreement signed in December 2015 (that included annual increases to address anticipated inflation adjustments). Additionally, the extended agreement now includes a license to the TiVo Solutions patent portfolio.
