On November 27, 2018, Mr. Zhigang Xu informed the Board of Directors of THT Heat Transfer Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) that he resigned as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. His resignation is not in connection with any known disagreement with the Company on any matter. The Board of Directors has been actively searching for a replacement.

The Company’s products and heat exchange solutions are sold to customers in the chemical, metallurgical and shipbuilding industries and its products are also used with heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) and district heating systems. Its manufacturing facilities are based in Siping City, Jilin Province, China and Tianjin City.
