On November 30, 2018, Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.46875 per share, or an annualized dividend of $1.875 per share, on the Company’s 7.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable to the Company's preferred stockholders of record as of December 14, 2018, and payable on December 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
