On February7, 2018, Theravance Biopharma,Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a global collaboration with Janssen Biotech,Inc. (one of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson& Johnson) for TD-1473 and related back-up compounds for inflammatory intestinal diseases.
