TETRA Technologies, Inc.’s partially-owned, consolidated subsidiary, CSI Compressco LP, announced on June 2, 2020 that it has entered into a support agreement with certain noteholders in connection with CCLP’s previously announced debt exchange offer and consent solicitation.
