Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 30, 2017, Terra Tech Corp. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing that its Dual Use Marijuana business licenses
have been approved by the State of Nevada Department of Taxation.
This approval allows all four of the Companys Blm cannabis
dispensaries in Nevada to commence sales of cannabis for
adult-use, starting Saturday, July 1, 2017. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated
herein by reference.
