Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 7, 2019, Tech Data Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, announcing its financial results for the three months ended January 31, 2019. Regulation FD Disclosure.

During the Q&A session of our fourth quarter fiscal year 2019 earnings conference call held on March 7, 2019, there were questions regarding the timing of business during the year. To avoid confusion, management wants to clarify that we anticipate the business in fiscal year 2020 will be backend loaded similar to the business progression during fiscal year 2019.
