On July 9, 2018, Team, Inc. (“Team,” the “Company,” “we” or “our”) issued a press release announcing a new organizational structure and certain executive leadership appointments. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. As discussed in the press release, the new organizational structure is expected to be fully operational in the fourth quarter of 2018 following the completion of certain transition activities. Upon completion of these organizational and reporting changes, we anticipate our reportable segments will also change. Until then, our reportable segments will continue as Inspection and Heat Treating, Mechanical Services and Quest Integrity.
