On April 5, 2018, SUPERVALU INC. (the “Company”) announced the election of David W. Johnson as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, effective immediately. Previously, Mr. Johnson was acting as Interim Chief Accounting Officer of the Company.

Mr. Johnson, age 47, has served as Interim Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since July 2017. He has also served as Vice President, Controller of the Company since April 2013 and will continue to serve in that role. Mr. Johnson previously served as Senior Director, Assistant Controller of the Company from 2011 to 2012 and as Vice President, Assistant Controller of the Company from 2012 to April 2013.
