On February 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from a calendar year ending on May 31 to a 52-53 week year ending on the Saturday nearest to December 31, effective for the current fiscal year. The Company will file a transition report on Form 10-KT to cover the transition period of June 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016.
