(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Scilex Pharmaceuticals Inc., a majority-owned subsidiary of the Company, has filed the European Marketing Authorization Application for its lead product candidate, ZTlidoTM (lidocaine medicated plaster 1.8%), through a hybrid regulatory pathway with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency in the United Kingdom.
