On May 6, 2019, SIGA Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), exercised its first renewal option to the Commercial Lease Agreement, dated November 3, 2017, between the Company and Research Way Investments, LP, for the Company’s research and development facilities located at 4575 S.W. Research Way, Corvallis, Oregon, 97333 (the “Corvallis Lease”). to the terms of the Corvallis Lease, the renewal extends the expiration date of the Corvallis Lease from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2021. The terms of the Corvallis Lease remain unchanged.
