On July 26, 2017, the Company announced that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly dividend for the third quarter of 2017 of $0.25 for each Class A common share and Class C non-voting common share, payable in cash on October 12, 2017 to shareholders of record on September 29, 2017.

The Company is engaged in the acquisition, ownership, development, redevelopment, and management and leasing of diversified retail real estate across the United States.
