On Monday, July3, 2017, the Company completed the acquisition of Archway Technology Partners, LLC, (“Archway”) a major provider of operating technologies and services to the single and multi-family family office industry and those institutions who service that market. Archway will be integrated into the Company's Investment Managers business segment during the three month period ending September 30, 2017.
