On February 8, 2018, SandRidge Energy, Inc. (“SandRidge” or the “Company”) announced that James D. Bennett was terminated from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective February8, 2018. In connection with such termination, on March10, 2018, Mr.Bennett tendered his resignation from the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company, which the Board accepted.
