(b)On February 8, 2019, Bernt Reitan informed the Board of Directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (the “Company”) that after his many years as a member of the Board of Directors he will not stand for re-election at the Company’s 2019 annual meeting of shareholders and will retire from the Board effective as of the date of the annual meeting.
