Viktoras R. Sekmakas, Executive Vice President of PPG Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), has elected to retire from the Company. Mr. Sekmakas will be resigning as Executive Vice President, effective September 30, 2017. On September 21, 2017, the Company issued a press release reporting Mr. Sekmakas’s retirement. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit99.
