On January 25, 2019, Polar Power, Inc. issued a press release announcing its preliminary unaudited revenue for the year end December 31, 2018 and three months ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished (not filed) as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
