Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On June25, 2018, PICO Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vidler Water Company, Inc. (“Vidler”), has sold 500 acre – feet of water rights in Lyon County, NV for proceeds of $10 million, or $20,000 per acre foot. In addition, PICO also announced that Vidler’s subsidiary, Fish Springs Ranch, LLC, has agreed to sell 70.52 acre – feet of water rights for $35,000 per acre – foot.
