On January 10, 2018, PayPal Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) reported that Tomer Barel, Executive Vice President, Chief Enterprise Services Officer, will be stepping down from his current role at the end of January. The Company and Mr. Barel entered into a separation agreement on January 8, 2018, which provides for severance and other benefits, effective April 1, 2018, consistent with the terms specified in the letter agreement between the Company and Mr. Barel dated August 22, 2017, previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as Exhibit 10.01 to the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending September 30, 2017, which was filed with the SEC on October 24, 2017.
