Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 8, 2019, OFS Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2018. On March5, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a 2019 first quarter distribution of $0.34 per common share, payable on March29, 2019 to stockholders of record as of March22, 2019.
