On July 17, 2019, Robert A. Salcetti, a member of the Board of Directors (the Board) of Ocwen Financial Corporation (Ocwen or the Company), notified the Company that he will retire from the Board effective July 31, 2019. Mr. Salcetti has served as a director of Ocwen since January 2011. Ocwen thanks Mr. Salcetti for his eight years of valuable service to the Company as a director. Mr. Salcetti’s retirement is not due to any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
