On November 9, 2016, Oconee Federal Financial Corp. (the Company)
held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the Annual Meeting,
stockholders considered the election of directors, a non-binding
resolution with respect to the Companys executive compensation,
and the ratification of the independent registered public
accounting firm. A breakdown of the votes cast is set forth
below.

1. The election of Directors.
