On August 25, 2017, NorthWest Indiana Bancorp (the “Bancorp”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share on the Bancorp’s common stock payable on October 5, 2017 to shareholders of record on September 29, 2017.
