On May 1, 2017, Neurotrope, Inc. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing positive top-line results from its Phase 2
study (-202 Study) of Bryostatin-1 in patients with moderate to
severe Alzheimers disease (AD). A copy of the press release is
attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated
herein by reference.
