On February 19, 2019, National Health Investors issued a press release announcing it will increase its quarterly dividend by 5% and will pay a first quarter dividend of $1.05 per common share on May 10, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2019. National Health Investors, Inc. is a self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) specializing in sale-leaseback, joint-venture, mortgage and mezzanine financing of need-driven and discretionary senior housing and medical investments.
