MYnd Analytics, Inc. (the "Company") previously filed a Current Report on Form 8-K on September 25, 2017 (the "Original Filing") to report that on September 19, 2017, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company elected Peter Unanue as a director, effective immediately. At the time of the Original Filing, the Board had not made a determination regarding any committee assignment for Mr. Unanue. The Company is filing this amended Current Report on Form 8-K/A to report that on November 29, 2017, the Board appointed Mr. Unanue to the Compensation Committee effective on that date.

Other than the preceding disclosure, no other disclosure reported in the Original Filing is amended to this Report.
