On March 10, 2017, upon the recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Mitel Networks Corporation (the “Company”), Martha Bejar was appointed to the Board to a written resolution of the Board dated March 10, 2017. Ms. Bejar has not been appointed to any Board committee at this time.

Ms. Bejar was not appointed as a director to any arrangement or understanding with any other person. There are no related party transactions reportable under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
