On January 22, 2019, Christopher H. Wright, the Vice President – U.S. Sales of Misonix, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his resignation from the Company effective February 1, 2019.

Scott Ludecker, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, will assume direct responsibility for the domestic market in addition to the OUS markets.
