Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

On March13, 2017,Isle of Capri Casinos,Inc. (the Company)
completed the previously announced sale of Isle of Capri
Marquette,Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with
casino operations in Marquette,Iowa, to CQ Holding Company,Inc.
Total proceeds from the sale were approximately $40 million,
subject to a customary purchase price adjustment.
