John D. Stewart resigned from the Board of Trustees and all Board committees of IRET and its affiliates and subsidiaries, effective as of 5:00 p.m.Central Time on January8, 2018. Mr.Stewart noted that his resignation was for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with either the Board of Trustees or IRET’s management. Mr.Stewart has served as a Trustee of IRET since 2004.
