On April28, 2017, Rich Kruger, the Companys chairman, president
and chief executive officer, gave a presentation at the Companys
annual general meeting in Calgary, Alberta (the Presentation)
that included an update on the Companys current operations and
major projects. The Presentation included information related to
the Companys strategic plans, goals, growth initiatives and
outlook, and forecasts for future performance and industry
development.

Imperial Oil Ltd is a Canada-based integrated oil company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for, and production and sale of, crude oil and natural gas. The Company’s operations are conducted in three segments: Upstream, Downstream and Chemical. Upstream operations include the exploration for, and production of, crude oil, natural gas, synthetic oil and bitumen.
