Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
(i) the Company will release its detailed first quarter 2017
financial results on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at 6:30 a.m. eastern
time; (ii) the Company plans to pre-release earnings per diluted
common share for 1Q17 as well as discuss certain components of
its earnings guidance for 2017 in conjunction with its Investor
Day scheduled for April 25, 2017; and (iii) it has realigned
certain of its businesses for its financial reporting segments to
correspond with internal management reporting changes and the
Companys previously announced planned exit from the individual
commercial medical business on January 1, 2018. A copy of the

herein by reference.
