On April 20, 2017, Her Imports (EZJR or the Company) entered into
a Marketing and Selling Agreement with Cabello Real FDE, owner of
a hair care product line called OSIworks, whereby the Company can
exclusively purchase, market and sell OSIworks products in the
United States.
