(b) On March 29, 2019, General Dynamics Corporation issued a press release announcing that John P. Casey, executive vice president, Marine Systems, has informed the company of his intent to retire on June 30, 2019.

The company also announced that, effective July 1, 2019, (1) Robert E. Smith will succeed Mr. Casey as executive vice president of the Marine Systems segment and (2) David Paddock will succeed Mr. Smith as president of Jet Aviation.
