On March13, 2017, Fulton Financial Corporation (Fulton Financial)
issued a press release announcing the pricing of a registered
underwritten public offering of $125million aggregate principal
amount of its 3.60% Senior Notes due 2022 (the Senior Notes). The
offering is expected to close on March16, 2017, subject to the
satisfaction of customary closing conditions. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Exhibit 99.1 is
incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
