Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 19, 2016, the registrant announced that its Board of
Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of sixteen cents
per share ($0.16/share) on the Companys Common Stock totaling
approximately $739,329.28. The dividend is payable to
shareholders of record as of January 31, 2017, payable on
February 17, 2016.

19, 2016, is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01 and is
incorporated here by reference.
