(the Company) approved and adopted an amendment to Article IX of
the Companys Amended and Restated Bylaws (as amended, the Bylaws)
to change the vote required to amend our Bylaws from the
affirmative vote of the holders of 66 2/3% of the voting power of
our outstanding common stock to the affirmative vote of the
holders of a majority of the voting power of our outstanding
common stock, subject to the limitations in the Companys Amended
and Restated Certificate of Incorporation. The foregoing summary

by reference to the full text of the Bylaws, a copy of which is

Exterran Corporation is engaged in the provision of compression, production and processing products and services that support the production and transportation of oil and natural gas around the world. The Company operates through three segments: contract operations, aftermarket services and product sales.
