ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
In anticipation of the reorganization as a closed ended fund, the
Issuer has taken the following actions:
(a) On June 27th, 2017, The issuer has received its amended
articles of incorporation amending the name of EVERGREEN-AGRA,
INC. to EVERGREEN-AGRA GLOBAL INVESTMENTS, INC.
(b) On June 5th, 2017, the holders of a majority of the common
stock of the Issuer approved a domicile change from Nevada to
Delaware, the Issuer is in the process of this transition and has
filed with FINRA with respect to the action.
(c) As a result of the foregoing, the Issuer since the names are
similar in alphabetical sequence a new CUSIP isnt necessary,
Securities Transfer Corporation the issuers transfer agent
confirmed this with CUSIP
(d) The Issuer has filed its Issuer Company-Related Action form
with FINRA.
