On March 2, 2017, Philip P. Conti stepped down as a Director of EQT Midstream Services, LLC (the EQM General Partner), the general partner of EQT Midstream Partners, LP (EQM). David L. Porges, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the EQM General Partner, said: “On behalf of the Board, we wish to thank Phil for his contributions to EQM and its unitholders.”
