On March 23, 2017, Entegra Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of
Entegra Financial Corp. (the Company), announced that it has
converted from a North Carolina-chartered savings bank to a North
Carolina-chartered commercial bank and that the Company is now a
bank holding company.

Entegra Financial Corp. is the holding company for Entegra Bank.
